I nearly gave this place a good review, but the lack of electricity in my room was unacceptable. On top of that, the bathroom was filthy-towels were threadbare and the kettle was disgusting. I expected special treatment for my stay, but clearly that's too much to ask for here. Not impressed, at all.

Fantastic location, short walk from a Long market. And not far from the old market and Close to the Neptun's monument.

The stay had its ups and downs. I appreciated the clean room and found my bed comfortable, made for a pleasant rest. The noise from nearby bars was disruptive at night, and the lack of sound insulation made it challenging to get a good night's sleep, especially on weekends. Great for tourists looking for a central location, but it may not suit those needing quiet.

Its location not too far from a Roman Catholic church was unbeatable. The hotel had a FABULOUS restaurant at a much lower price.

exploring gdansk is easy from this vibrant central hotel
I loved how easy it was to stroll to the iconic Neptune's Fountain just a few steps away, and the nearby cafes and restaurants really added to the lively atmosphere of my stay.

Otherwise ok, but it was quite warm in the room and sunday night jazz session in the basement restaurant was awful.

I liked the location. It is close to the city center close to many food places and shopping centers.
The staff never shows up even if you call them for the 2nd time to fix your tv or for any other reason. There is only one person at the lobby for check in you have to wait for about half an hour or so if you are lucky to and there no other guests talking to her at the same time.

Family Friendly with a Great Location
So we were there for four nights and the breakfast was pretty solid! Loved the assortment of Polish offerings, and getting to enjoy that while looking out at the lovely view every morning was awesome. The staff was super helpful, even arranged a taxi for us.
It wasn't exactly a budget place, but for the location and service, it felt fair.

The room was very small and too noisy. Staff were really rude - actually people on the street are more helpful.

The apartment was ideal - base to sleep in. Tv to catch up and the breakfasts were ideal.
A kettle and tea cups would have completed the package. Returning to the apartment at the end of an afternoon walking / sightseeing - a cup of tra / coffee would have been nice.

Breakfast offered in the adjacent restaurant features a small selection of unique cold and hot offerings, sure to satisfy taste buds .
Severe noise issues plague the experience. The nearby church bell tolls every hour, including during the night, disrupting sleep. To top it off, street noise from bars and traffic adds to the unwelcome cacophony. Internet connection problems further detract from the stay.
